If you wish to discuss any matters with a non-clinical member of staff, please email or write in to the surgery with your contact details and the nature of the matter you wish to discuss.
Your request will be reviewed and allocated to the most appropriate member of the team, who will contact you to make an appointment for you to attend the surgery to discuss further.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
